Private Accommodation The absolute worst client service experience I have EVER had. I do not know how they can still operate a company in this way and hope to secure their financial future. The amount of empty promises, client abuse and level of poor professionalism is shocking. I have had contact with almost every employee in that company in trying to finalise and obtain the month deposit that was due by end of April 2020, after inspection. It has been a nightmare trying to deal with Lien, the company manager/owner. After many emails and phone calls I have received the month deposit today. They have used all the excuses in the book: Lockdown period Inspection Lack of internal coms Not returning phone calls Not responding to emails This company needs to be flagged!!! I am exploring other avenues and platforms to bring their malpractice to light. Who protects us the consumer? Especially students? Please bring this to light!
