We has an agreement with them to pay a monthly fee of R600 which they then asked if we can increase the amount to R950 a month. We then went to the store and swiped our card for a ONCE OFF amount of R2600 for January our bonus month and they then duducted that amount February aswell. We called and they paid us back the R2600 and they told us okay they stopped that order from their side, Then came March and they deducted R2600 then came the LOCKDOWN so we could call April they deducted R2600 again so now when level 3 was open we called and they said they wanted proof and we send them proof after 2 weeks we phoned again and NOTHING WAS DONE. They send it to where ever they send it to again and said it would be paid to us in last week or this week so today we called and asked how far are they with the matter they said they are not going to pay us the money back.
My father in law had a simple back operation which was a success and went to medstep to recover were he got bladder infection and had to be send back to hospital and later on 10 April died due to septicemia.
