Speedy, friendly and excellent service!
What excellent service! I was totally amazed by the friendly and speedy service I recieved from this company! If you are looking for towels, dish cloths etc. Look no further. What you order is what you will get. Very good quality! And helpful friendly staff!!! They helped to rush my order I needed to give to the school for our needy learners. Such amazing service. Helping dreams become a reality!
I had the BEST experience in dealing with Yvette De Jager at the Cleaning Warhouse in Pretoria-North. She is very friendly and so helpful. I was looking to buy cleaning hampers for our schools needy members. And she was the best. She totally went out of her way to make it possible for us to buy 50 hampers for those in need. Then Cleaning Warehouse even gave us 50 Microfibre cloths for FREE to donate to the school aswell!! Please support Cleaning Warhouse in Pretoria-North! They are the best!!!

Pay for goods that you dont recieve!
I paid for a 40cm Mist Fan on the 8th of November 2020, with 2 other items. The next moment I recieve a invoice stating that I have recieved ALL items. I contracted them immediately and explained that I did infact not recieve the R1600.00 fan. Since then I was just told the matter was escalated. And that is that. NO fan and NO refund. This is unacceptable!!!

Absolute amazing service!!!!
Excellent, speedy and friendly!!! WoW! This was one of the best experiences I have ever had, in dealing with a company! They assisted efficiently quickly and so very friendly so all my mails. And they deliverd just as quick! I was in a bit of a pickle and they rushed my order... or it most definitely felt that way. ORDERED on Friday and recieved my Parcel today (TUESDAY). WONDERFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Do not shop online at Miladys. You will NOT RECIEVE your goods and wont be able to get hold of anyone to refund your money!
No customer service. Callcentre number just rings - no answer Their customer mail - no reply The durban number just rings. Their whatsapp service - transfer you from the one to the other. To yet another... Paid for goods 15 October 30 October... still recieved- NOTHING. Everytime just get told when after a huge struggle someone does reply. It is with courier will be delivered today. That is since 4days ago!!! From Kollonade to Pretoria-North???? Really

Dis-cem is the best by far
We where @ Dis-Cem Wonderboom in Pretoria on the 23 July 2020 . When we finally arrived home we noticed that in 2 bags there was liquids. We then realised that it was the antibacterial liquid we had bought and al 4 the bottels had leaked out into the bags. It was already late in tje day. Sot herefore we could only return the next day. We thought that they would not help us as it was the next day and because you hardly get your money back or ge to exchange products that gets damaged at other shops. But we thought it was worth a try as it was quit a bit of products that gotten damaged. After explaining to the manager what had happened and giving her the receipt... without any hassle whatsoever she just smiled and said she was really sorry about the mishap and they woudl gladly replace all the items that had gotten damaged. She her seld whent and collected all the items and packed them nicely and even checked all the bottels to make sure it didnt run into the bags again. What a lovely experience. This is why whe only shop at dis-cem for our supplements etc every month for years already. They are always willing to help you locate products ons the shelves if you cant find it. They will help you with any questions regarding products and their use. Friendly pharmacist. And all over friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much Dis-cem!!!

Excellent Delivery and SERVICE!!!!
They are excellent in delivering your pet's food, medicine or even just toy needs! If you register on their newsletter and mailer... you will always be informed of new products, specials etc. They are the fastest in delivering your pet needs... the longest I have waited was 36hrs....and that was over a weekend! They are friendly and comitted in excellent service!!!! I would like to thank every person at Pet Heaven that makes it possible to order from them. A great big thank you from me and my animals!!!!
