Mr Paul Rossouw I cannot express my gratitude to you . You sorted out my issue of reinstatement within 5 min after a brief call to your headoffices I sent an email to the MANAGING AGENT of my Estate but its unfortunate i did not recieve any email feedback until now. I am lucky to know atleast some people care whilst others care a damn who supposed to be really managing my Estate I Salute you Mr Paul Rossouw with your swift response Your directors should read my response and show appreciation to you ; because of people like you humanity exists Keep up the good work

CONSUMER CARE ? MUST BE REPORTED TO NCR
On thursday last week the 27th of March 2025 i cancelled my dispute i made through Mycreditcheck.co za Its been 120 hours since my dispute was cancelled .yet the flag still remains on my report . I have complained via the chat portal ;via email to there team leader ; to the tech support but all i get is there matter has been escalated Is this the company we trust with our data ? Is this the company busineses wants to use? There is zero concern from there consumer care ? It take 20 min to speak to an agent and No one can provide the right channel of escalation DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EXPERIAN ; they clearly dont know the value of service delivery

PAYMENTS PAID ONTIME AND IN STILL IN ARREARS
I have been paying electronically , I received numerous communications im in arrears , the credit bureaus have been updated incorrectly I have been sending proof of payments for the last two months to [email protected] and no communication of recieving it. I will be taking legal action ! I am disappointed !!! Call center agent hung up my call !!!
