#1040353 Assistance with Clearance I called a million times this morning, the reception line will ring for over 8 minutes. Clearances answers and drops the call. Please assist the attorney is unable to receive an OTP from the online portal

*********** to say the least! We sold our unit at the Views and it was registered already to the new owner on the 9th of April. We always paid on time and correct amount, we hate to owe money so we know nothing was outstanding. We have now received an amount of R3500 and R4100 something stating we owe for April and May water etc. HOW can we owe if we are no longer owners!!!!! This company does not have a clue this is why we sold in the first place even the "care taker" was useless and could not do anything. Don't waste your time getting this circus to manage your property it will only end badly.

To whom it may concern I have invoices that has not been paid it is now over two years Nyata lodge Ticket 502989 unit 7 cm502989 502989 unit 43 cm67 502989 unit 8 cm62 502989 cm68 guard house 500885 unit11 cm60 500885 unit 12 cm61 488578 unit 16cm54 465513 unt 20 cm52 578290 unit 41 cm70 452990 unit 42 cm33 Cm39 unit 35 and 33 Cm 66 unit 44 and 67 Emails has been sent to sholeen k several times and management Paul Brent why issues not sorted and if the invoice are not paid I will be taking Angor up which interest will be paid on my outstanding invoices . If nothing happens I will be going to ANgor properties office until my money is paid. We are small businesses and rely on these income Regards Chinn maintenance

Mr Paul Rossouw I cannot express my gratitude to you . You sorted out my issue of reinstatement within 5 min after a brief call to your headoffices I sent an email to the MANAGING AGENT of my Estate but its unfortunate i did not recieve any email feedback until now. I am lucky to know atleast some people care whilst others care a damn who supposed to be really managing my Estate I Salute you Mr Paul Rossouw with your swift response Your directors should read my response and show appreciation to you ; because of people like you humanity exists Keep up the good work

I recently sold my property and the process was long, stressful and filled with uncer*****y around timelines and next steps. But Angor was different. Their team responded quickly, handled every query professionally and kept things moving. A special mention to Veronica, who truly became a light in the darkness during a very overwhelming process. Her patience, responsiveness and calm guidance made all the difference. Highly recommend.
