Shocking and disappointing service
SHOCKING customer service. I have not received an item after it was ordered a month ago. Upon trying to contact customer services, supervisors and the courier company itself, I was met with empty promises and ignored attempts to resolve the issue. All they've done is transfer me to voicemails and place me on hold. I have emailed both Poetry and RAM (the courier service), as well as phoned them. This has been an ongoing problem for the duration of this week.

Shocking experience
Horrible customer service. I waited 10 days before politely asking when I can expect to receive my package. I was answered with a snotty email, stating that if I had just read their website, I would have been able to calculate how many days it would take to be delivered. I was horrified at the way the email was written and I would not recommend this business to anyone, nor will I ever shop there again.
