Im very disappointed in the level of no service at all ive been getting from lendplus, ive settled my loan on the 25th March with them via VVM attorneys ive requested my settlement letter and im still showing as overdue on the system but no one is assisting. I called VVM they advised the account is no longer with them, im nt getting any response on lendplus emails ive sent numerous communication to them. Im really getting frustrated as no one is getting back to me, to blacklist us they are quick but to rectify and fix your scoring to no avail
Im unable to access my account, when i call them they say they will send me a link to access it. Ive uploaded all supporting documents required but to date no assistance its been for months ive sent numerous emails keep calling but no assistance at all. To block us its very quick but to unblock you and get good name its a process and half highly disappointed
I have an account with lendplus, they handed me over to VVM. I settled my account on the 25th March, ive been calling to be cleared on system and for the paid up letter i am getting the runaround. What pathetic service to clear our names however to affect our ratings they are quick on that one

Im so disappointed with Rain services has been suspended even tho i paid as per my arrangements, im not getting any joy out of Rain the service one is getting is pathetic nt to mention you need to speak to robots all the time
Ive been with takelot for so many years and i always purchase some of my products on there, to my surprise they end up blocking my account with no communication as to what the reason is been struggling to get assistance to unblock my account they keep saying i need to reset my password. Im so ****ed this is ****ty business for a client
The worst people ever you dont have anyone to communicate with, you send emails to no response. They dont debit my account and i kept asking how should i make payment, i see this month everytime money comes in my account they take it as a purchase π‘π‘π‘ i am so ****ed right now not sure what to do, no one is calling or even cares to assist π€think i should cancel my plan with them they are useless bunch of people π‘π‘π‘ who the **** has money to be taken anytime that you want πββοΈ
Bad experience im having only by resetting my password as im blocked and unable to logon to my profile
Im so over dstv i made a payment before my debit date, 4days later they decide to disconnect my packages after having made the full amount now i need to pay another amount plus activation fees. This company is by far the worst to deal with
Bull**** service every time my dstv is off and i made payment i need to wait for hours for my viewing to be restored π‘π‘π‘ i cant wait to get rid of this damn pathetic service providers π€π€
