Let me start by saying I understand that its lockdown and that you were running a skeleton staff. I made an order on the 5th May but after 2 weeks I got a refund which was a process. I think that it’s unfair for consumers to make an order unaware that delivers are slow and backed up. There is no indication before payment or checkout that orders would be delayed except that they are running with a skeleton staff on the website (Implement a system to give a date to us of when we can expect our orders to arrive). Instead I emailed them after 2 days to check the status of my order, but it took one more day for them to reply with a generic response saying that it could take over 2 weeks and this order was just for a CPU and an M.2. I then heard from a friend that you could go and pick up your order from the store and that they were not checking if you had permit to be out. This was during level 5 and it did not say anywhere that one could go and pick up an order. I refused to do that as I don’t have a permit to be out during level 5 and I had paid for shipping. Why don’t you stop people from making orders in order to get through the back log? Once sorted then come back online and start accepting orders, I would have understood and waited but you seemed to be good at taking people’s money. It seems this company does not care about its customers; my order was worth R9000. It seems as if they think that they are the only company around but just wait till AMAZON arrives. I will not be using this company ever again. P.S Rebeltech was far better than this shady practice
