I share the same sentiment as Chantal who wrote a review about TSATSKE on 04 May 2026. I placed an order for 2 sheep skin, get one free promotion. PAID UP FRONT in December 2025. I have been following for MONTHS. Now it seems Candy is out of the picture. I have had one conversation with Yash who said he/she is still doing some administrative work and will come back to me regarding the outstanding delivery ... not a word after that!! It feels like I have been ****med. I noticed that Candy made reference to her father's legacy in some of her social media posts ...These are her words, from a post she placed 14 July 2025: "I’ve poured everything I have into this dream. A dream to keep my Dad's legacy alive. " The way she conducts business, upholding her father's legacy? I think not so much!! I'm simply asking for refund if Tsatske can not deliver the goods, or deliver the goods!! Shucks!! It has been 6 months! Her policy states a lead time of 21 working days for delivery ...
Unfortunately my Insurers utilised the services of New World for replacement TV. After paying the excess and sending the proof, on the SAME day it was requested!, we waited over a week for delivery. After numerous unsuccessful phone calls and multiple email addresses, I eventually received a call just to hear that the payment has not been processed!! and hence the TV set no dispatched. Very poor service and poor handling of calls. It has been a week and a half now since payment. They said it will be delivered 2 days after proof of payment sent. I see that I'm not the only one who complains ... I hope Insurers will STOP using them. It adds to the frustration of loss and in the end the are only a bunch of unhappy peope!!
My experience has been good until now. There is no way to contact Best Education!?! I can not print the work sheets, some pdf error. I have tried with various computers and same response. File is damaged or not supported! Contact Me page sends you to the Best Education Telegram platform, but it is Admin run and one can to post, only receive messages. The email address [email protected] as given on the website bounces back! The only alternative is to post here and hope that someone from Best Education will see this and respond with a solution? Please assist in printing the grade 5 worksheets that I have subscribed to?!
