I got the rental car and I paid the deposit for it to be used while my car is been repaired. I had an incident where the boot was broken into they took hook and car jack together with my bags . The Monday I reported the matter to them and my insurance the lost items was the car hook and car jack now they sent a bill saying i owe them R871 and I wont get getting my deposit meaning the car jack and hook are R3337.00 to replace how is that possible?
I have been a client for dotsure for almost 4 years.Past week I claimed for my fridge and food inside. They said they won't pay because they need proof of power outtage I sent the proof still claim rejected because I am not covered for power outtage which none alerted me about I knew that I had full comprehensive cover.i am very disappointed 😢 and this thing of thiers of not having own supplier to call out its boring I had to pay call out fee out of my own pocket now I have forfeited the money.so it's a loose to be with them

I had a covid test done on the 10/06/2021 still not paid till today.I have sent the relevant info to the healthcare 1st one they said they cant open the attachment i have to resend which I did Ref 481340265.I was told that the medical aid doesn't pay for negative results of covid .I was sick and had all signs hence the dr said I must go and get tested at lacent.I didn't know the medical aid didn't cover it I was told the day i asked why its not paid. I feel its unfair they don't cover for negative test .I am now sitting with a bill of R850 that i didn't budget for in a medical aid I am paying every month.
I places an order on the 18th of may to be delivered on the 22 of may.These products i ordered because they were gifts one for my friend and one for hubby .
