Bought product online, which is faulty. They refuse to refund or exchange because it's an intimate product. IT'S NEVER BEEN USED BECAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK. I will never buy from this company again.
N1 City Branch Today my mother's purse with all her personal belongings and SASSA money was stolen in the store. Thank you for the management team for the help they gave her during this time. I wish more companies will realise what client care is.
I took a data package with MTN online sales in November and was RICA'd when I took delivery of my SIM card. Since then I have been unable to make use of my data. I was repeatedly told that the SIM is fine and I can access my data every time I complained. Yesterday, 22/02/2021, I was told that magically the SIM wasn't RICA'd. So I RICA'd myself again through their app. After receiving an email that I have been RICA'd and start using my SIM I was still unable to access my data. Then I was told that it can take 2 - 24 hours for the block to be lifted when I followed up with their supposed Client Service Department. 24 hours later and my SIM is still blocked. Now I received an email from their RICA department that I must RICA myself via their app again!!!!! How many times do I have to do the same thing over and over again? My request for a manager is being ignored. I get standard template responses from the email team. They don't even read my emails properly!!!!!! I was going to take my contracts over from Vodacom as they expired, but I guess I will be going with a different service supplier. Clearly, my money is not good enough in the eyes of MTN South Africa.
This is how Vodacom help their clients of over 20 years during lock down. I fell behind with my bill. They disconnected my phone services. I pay the bill on Monday and sent proof of payment. 22 calls, two emails later no luck. Their call centre staff refuses to put you through to a manager, claiming they can't because they are working remotely. Really??? With today's technology this is your excuse? The call backs you do get is hung up before you can answer, when you do get to the phone before the hang up it's silent. I have a 72 year old mother to look after. She has a heart condition and diabetes. What do I do if anything happens to her? Congratulations Vodacom, you've just lost a customer who pays over R2 000.00 per month for different contracts.
