I have tried contacting this company multiple times through WhatsApp, their website, and by phone. After weeks of trying, I only received one short response with no proper feedback or resolution. I was in the hospital for 8 days, not 4, and I urgently need my account corrected. It’s been over three weeks of following up with no real assistance. This level of service is completely unacceptable — no one calls back, no updates are given, and I’ve had to chase for every bit of information. Extremely disappointing experience.
I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent delivery experience. A driver just drove away without waiting for someone to open the gate, and unfortunately, they did not respond to me when I spoke to them via the intercom. As a result, I am still waiting for my parcel. This is not the first time I've encountered such an issue; my colleague experienced the same poor service recently. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that future deliveries are handled more professionally.
I was planning on buying a item at your store but what happened to my uncle over the festive season prevents me from buying. He purchase a table and he paid a deposit of R6000 -07.11.24 and the remainder R5349-11.12.24 and today is the 29.12.24 and he still does not have the table we sat on chairs and ate on our laps on Christmas eve because the table still has not been delivered and very poor communication from the store.
Still Have not been contacted, currently still on hold trying to get through. Website does not help

convenient, don't pay for parking. You will get charged to go to the bathroom though so make sure you have small change. A Pep home would work great in this mall.
I took my phone to Samsung in canal walk on the 8th of April 2023, today it's the 2nd of May 23 and I have no feedback what so ever, I keep getting generic excuses each time I call Samsung canal walk, sss cellular don't even answer, the reference number still does not appear on the website to check repair process. I'm so disappointed in the terrible service I have received so far, the only person who has been helpful is Jeremy in keeping me patient.
