I used to enjoy going there for the all you can eat sushi, but honestly after Friday night I'm not going back... It was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. 1st of all the service was non existent, and the chow mein took half an hour to come out the kitchen and I had to get up twice to get my waitresses attention, they also didn't have any clean glasses and served our drink in milkshake glass. The sushi chef has his music (west African music) blasting at full volume on a portable speaker behind the counter, so loud that you couldn't hear the person next to you. (in fact you could hear it from outside the mall) And by the time my food did arrive they were mopping up around me because they wanted to close...what I witnessed behind that counter was disgusting, prawns in what looked like a mop bucket on the floor, and rags that I could see raw fish on being used to wipe things down,and a bucket of filthy water just being dumped down the prep basin right next to the salmon....
We have been waiting for a device from MTN to be delivered for over a week, the DSV call center is absolutely pathetic, they first told us that we missed their call and the parcel has been put on hold and blocked, we ask for them to unblock it and please send... call center agent says we can expect a call, later in the day ... Nothing.... call then the next day, and get told the same story... I ask them to unblock it and, they say they will call and arrange delivery. Still no call to arrange delivery. I go to MTN today to find out whats going on... they call DSV, and guess what? THE PARCEL IS STILL BLOCKED!!! we ask them to test the number the have, and it works, so whats the issue, why are they lying about calling us, and why lie about unblocking it and saying they are going to call? ALL I WANT IS FOR MY STUFF TO BE DELIVERED ASAP, its been over a week now for something that is in the same town as me.... Also they don't give a ref no. for calls, and they wont give you the local depots phone numbers, their call center agents are super rude, and apparently they don't have supervisors you can talk to either.
