There were challenges faced, and timelines were thrown way off but the manner in which it was ultimately dealt with shows care and the willingness to deliver on making things right. The management team resolved the issue in a manner that left me more than willing to not just use them again but recommend them to others to use.
1/2 the day trying to get to different people who work in FNB. Absolutely no one can help me getting a R400 debit disputed as they do not have systems in place that allows it to be done remotely. The FNB app only works on amounts below R200. As someone who has been an FNB client for many years, it is absolutely unacceptable that fraud is occurring and I am helpless to stop it from occurring during this covid-19 outbreak.
