I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance
Good day First of all I want to raise my disappointment about UPS service delivery and broken promises which I will state below with attached screenshots. This email was sent yesterday stating your package is on the way but when you track it states warehouse scanning this is conflicting tracking and misleading information. it was scanned more than 4 times on UPS tracking which is totally unacceptable. When the package was booked it stated the delivery will take place by the 21st of August. For the last 3 days i had to make over 20 calls which you can verify if this was not done i would not gotten any upodate except from all the calls which was a great stress, discomfort and time consuming from my own work, which means your tracking system and communication is a failure. This parcel was booked with fastest delivery and paid extra money for it but in this case we want to file a claim for money back for the following reasons as well. My sister, who is the sender and paid extra to get it delivered faster, is already suffering from depression which proof can be provided now in a very bad state of mind of the UPS service. In this case we could have paid less and could have waited longer instead. When the parcel was sent nothing in the parcell was under the prohibition list which is also very poor from UPS. I want this matter resolved this morning at latest by 9 o'clock so i can collect the parcel. Also it was promised that I could change the parcel from delivery to collection after customs clearance, which was done yesterday and when I called I could not change it once again broken promises. I have suffered a great amount of stress due to Ups service delivery and want to claim back the money spent on paying for fastest delivery and claim even extra for more. I need management to contact me urgently to get this done. Please see attached screenshots stating delivery will be done by today but when i track it shows once again warehouse scanning which is total a failure from UPS system, tracking and personnel. I want to collect this parcell first thing in the morning. Your urgent response is required with claiming the money back and even more, also no more excuses of customs that was mailed it was cleared by government, no more excuses on why its taking long like payment or any other excuses, cause i send my id and documents at least 2 days back while one of you agents admitted that only yesterday it was send for custom clearance once again very poor service from UP If this is not resolved and ready for collection by 9 o'clock i will be forced to take this case further
