Have you ever waited 45 minutes for someone to scoop ice cream ? Bad experience at Häagen-Dazs Mall of Africa. It was disappointing that after ordering a fondue we were told half 35 minutes that they are out of chocolate. The store was not busy when we arrived. After deciding to change our order we were told various flavors were out of stock. It would've been easier if the waiter had told us what they could actually serve. One of the flavors ordered was wrong however we were tired of the multiple apologies offered by the waiter. I don't think I would ever set food in this place again!
Zara store does not allow trolleys in their stores ?? No policy written on the door! An unpleasant security guard just appears to say no trolleys allowed ..this is the third time I had an unpleasant experience at ZARA..pathetic and poor service..I will not recommend any person to shop there..imagine having a trolleys full of packets and you being told you cannot enter with it nor will they watch your trolley for you ..so are you supose to shop at Zara only if you visiting the mall ????
I seen a special on the website advertising a 15% discount on a coffee machine so I called @home in centurion mall and confirmed availability and price. When I got to the store a very rude worker said that it's online only and that they couldn't give us the discount. I then enquired about a dinner set anfld was told they don't have boxes and I should mix and match myself. She rude and dismissive and definitely had a no care attitude ! I than contacted @home in four ways design quarters where I was told to come in to the store and they would definitely honor the discount. I received excellent service from this store , they even offered me a discount on the dinner set I was looking for. They were so excited for this sale.
Poor and pathetic service provided by Oxygen & General. A medical need of a part of a machine was needed. Contact was made with several staff members but no one could assist and no one was willing to assist. The staff were extremely rude particularly Stina, Maria , Shaun and Ronald. I would never recommend this company to anyone . Extremely poor service for a company providing needs for oxygen supplies. It's past 2 months and I still have not heard from anyone regarding a small but important material that is required .
I placed an order on 2/6/21 and paid for express delivery the next day. I got an sms saying it will come before 5oclock, however no sign of the driver at 7 at night. There was no communication informing me of a delay. I emailed the next day and was told it's being investiged. Still no news on 05 June. No communication from ANYONE on the takelot team. I needed this item urgently. Disappointing customer service !
I have booked through a travel agency called SMTOURS end of Feb to travel in March. Due to covid19 we had to postpone and eventually cancel our trip. We have been trying to get our refund since March. Finally SM TOURS gets back to us but robs us of 30% . The owner Salmaan says Thompsons have penalties on the land as well as air tickets. We confirmed with the hotel and they said they did not charge anything. Who is lying Thompsons? Or SM TOURS?
I have received excellent service from Rebecca Nel over the phone. Great and friendly service . She helped me pick the perfect insurance plan for my bird. She explained everything in detail and was extremely helpful!
