Worst possible service. After accepting the order, they cancelled and never refunded me. I tried countless times to reach someone and I get always stuck to a chatbot that doesn't say anything helpful. When I do get to talk to a human being, which means 30 minutes waiting for each response, they act as chatbots and don't solve anything. It is awful, can't recommend less.
They accept the order, cancel and then never refund. The chatbot is awful and buggy and if they are a legit business, they are just waiting for a lawsuit to happen.
Buffalo Logistics outsources its deliveries to Fastway. But they don't give you the tracking number for Fastway services by default. So, if you need to contact the company or person who is actually doing the delivery, you have to call Buffalo to get the Fastway tracking number to only then get some information about the delivery. This information should be given automatically and not have us waiting half an hour on the phone to ask.
The delivery address is inside a huge university campus and very easy to locate. The courier returned the parcel stating he couldn't find the place, and did not contact me. The next scheduled delivery is almost a week later. This is unacceptable.
Moved into an apartment that already had Vumatel structure. I tried to place an order with an ISP and the ISP tells me that Vumatel tells them that the line is already busy. They even show me the pictures of the Vumatel website denying the order. So Vumatel tells me that the line is free and they can't do anything. Clearly this is Vumatel's fault and they refuse to acknowledge that.
