Keep getting turned down for claims that are PMB's, one excuse after the other, latest one, "claim sent from incorrect email address.
They are getting around the law the same as all the cell phone operators. They should not take airtime off you once you have paid for it.
MTN have changed my contract and now want to take away any airtime I have left at the end of the month. Since I have paid for this, can they do it. I thought that it was not allowed for them to take away services you had paid for. Lawrence
