Advertised as "Pure Internet Joy" but rather pure internet hell. No connectivity at regular intervals. Reported, investigated solutions tried but no sustainable solution.
I will give them a 3 because when the internet works is is ok. BUT when something goes wrong customer service is seriously lacking, they take ages to resolve problems and always try to pass the buck as they are not the main carrier thus when speed and latency problems occur it is out of their hands. Struggling now for 3 months and no resolve. Pinging www.afrihost.com [169.1.1.97] with 32 bytes of data: Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out. Worst company ever to deal with. Have a parcel sitting with them, after completing all requested documentation the asked, since October 2025. No response or any meaning full feedback.
Do not do business with this company! I bought an item on 3 October 2025 and received nothing. Now all of a sudden I am getting an email after so many queries that the company is in Liquidation!
Not a very happy customer. Items was never indicated as an international purchase from China. Send all documentation and info that was requested immediately. Also still awaiting delivery (parcel sitting 10 days at the Wearhouse) as BUFFALO is the worst courier in the history of couriers. Wil not buy from Evertrend again.
A rating of 1 star is to much you deserve a -1000. Customer care non existent. Lie about attempted deliveries. On a business delivery 8am-5pm you try to deliver after 7pm.
Initial had only good response from the site. But being me I only pay a fine when a warrant is issued and the last few years this has not happened. Since the beginning of 2025 I cannot logged into the account. Reset password did not work, signing in by Gmail did not work Tried online support as to why and instead of telling me what is wrong I am questioned on how do I pay fines. Directly to the municipalities or through Fines SA. Seems the system auto block you if you do not use them to pay fines. Sadly this is also now part of their terms and conditions small print.
Always friendly with staff that are willing to go out of their way to accommodate the client! #SupportLocal
Pleasant Experience, Value for money had some minor support problems on email but it was resolved very fast.
