Points not allocated despite numerous emails sent to them. No responses to follow-up emails.
I have ben following up on my enquiry for well over a week now and I still haven't received a response from Discovery Bank's complaints department. The consultant who assisted me at their call centre was helpful but couldn't do much accept to forward my enquiry to the relevant department. This isn't the first time I have had to constantly follow-up with them. Appalling customer service.

I have tried since 2017 to get my surname changed with Computershare. I have submitted documentation to have this done numerous time and again this month. I received an email from them on 16 March requesting my documentation again which I responded to stating that I had already submitted my documentation. I received no further feedback until this morning where they again request that I do the necessary to update my personal details. This incompetence is beyond anything I have had to deal with from any company!!!!

I was advised that my credit card will be delivered to me either on Monday 9 March 2020 or Tuesday 10 March 2020. I am still awaiting the delivery of my card. The courier company used by Discovery Bank has not been helpful in getting my card to me. They contacted me (after I followed up myself) to say that my card will be delivered on Thursday due to their delivery schedule (utter nonsense in my opinion). Delivery did not happen as the delivery person showed up way after the estimated delivery time of 16h00 and I had already left work. I would like for Discovery Bank to get my card to me today (13 March 2020) before 12h00. This kind of service is unacceptable.
