The website is terrible, not user friendly. When you try filtering options, errors keep occurring and then you have to start all over again. Payment methods don’t work. So can’t even purchase a voucher. Absolutely terrible customer service, no response to emails. No contact number to even call. No point using hyperli when it doesn’t even function properly.
The food at Chiapas is really good, very taste. However a few things to improve on. The staff need to change their gloves, I noticed they don’t always change their gloves when preparing food for people who eat vegetarian and those who eat meat, I don’t think it’s fair for vegetarian people. Also some of the staff members don’t fold the wraps properly, very messy, so the filling comes out so it’s difficult to eat. Also generally the place can be neat and when dealing with food to not rush and do things neatly and properly.
Terrible service. They didn’t deliver a few items to me due to an inventory error from their side. They said they would refund me within 1 to 3 business working days. It’s a month later, I’m still waiting for the refund. When I’ve contacted them they said they’ve already refunded me, I had to them send them my bank statement to show they haven’t. Still waiting for a refund, it’s ridiculous.
Not a good service. My partner and I are trying to cancel our flight booking through Expedia, due to the coronavirus, as we are unable to travel. They are unable to assist and it is soo difficult to even get a hold of an agent. We tried contacting the airline directly as well, but they are also unhelpful. Won’t book through Expedia again
Terrible service. Very slow, the optometrist was good, but service from the front desk is very slow and inefficient. Poor communication s****s from the staff, no feedback when I made an enquire, I have to keep phoning them
Very poor network provider. They keep taking off money from airtime saying that I’m subscribed to something. Same thing happened to a couple of my friends. This happens all the time. I am so disappointed and have lost trust in them, changing my network provider and so are my friends
