We bought a winter jacket for my son last year winter and it was big. Saturday was the first time we made him wear it. He wore it for atleast 2 hours, then Sunday we washed it and it tore badly on the side stitches indicating a factory fault. When we returned it to the store they said they can't take it back because it's last year stock. It was the first time he was wearing it and we even have a price tag to show that it's still new. Truworths is very pricey for them to treat their customers like that.
This is honestly the worst fibre to go by. It's been 3days without network and their consultants don't even solve our queries. Their line is not going through, their WhatsApp service is extremely bad. I've since lodged a complaint but no one has contacted me with a way forward, the maintenance team hasn't come to fix the issue, yet we pay every month without fail. The next thing they increase their prices without notifying the clients prior. How can a business have so many bad reviews and not do anything about it?
I have been waiting for almost a month now with no wifi. I have been contacting the team and they are not willing to help. Seems like we paid for free, our money is gone but they don't want to attend to our grievances. Everyday they keep saying the maintenance team will come but they have never came.
I have since lodged a complaint for over a week now. All i keep getting is calls with empty promises and being sent from pillar to post. Been waiting for the maintenance team, it's been the second week now. This morning i get an email saying my complaint has been resolved, yet i still don't have wifi, the maintenance team has not come to fix the issue. We paid for wifi, not this mediocrity and empty promises. This company has a lot of bad reviews, and is going to lose business if they are not careful
Extremely bad service. I have been complaining about my router not having wifi. They said they will send their maintenance team in the next 24 to 72hours. It's been 5days now and they are not answering their customer care line. I have been struggling to get hold of them and when i do, they give me a run around. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They cannot solve their customer services effectively.
I ordered a meaty cram crust triple decker from thabong shopping center and the pizza has absolutely nothing on it, it has the sauce and no meat on it. I'm terribly disappointed in them. They are going to lose customers if they continue like this
I sent a friend of mine an ewallet end of November and when she went to withdraw it i was with her. The atm was working when we got to it and just after we entered the pin it showed a caution sign that said "atm out of service" and the slip said we should try another atm. We then requested another pin and the money was no longer there. We immediately went to the fnb at cresta mall to lodge a complaint and we were told to wait 14 working days while they were busy with the query. We called them back after that 14 days and we were told to go to the branch again to get another reference number. When we went back to the branch we met up with the manager and he said he would send us an sms stating when we're going to be refunded, we did receive that sms and it said that we will be refunded on the 22nd of January 2020... When the date passed with still no refund, we went back to the branch and we called the ewallet service center and the lady i spoke to said they are still busy with the query and we will be refunded our money when they are done in a few days. It's the 3rd of March today and we still haven't been refunded our R600, still no communication from them regarding our matter... Such a poor service i received from my trusted bank.
