Big Boy Scooters, Worst "Investment" Ever!

I bought a secondhand Big Boy JNR 90 from Big Boy Scooters, Harvey Road in Bloemfontein. The bike has been more broken than running, from magneto issues to battery to etc. Over December 2025 (23rd to be specific), my 9 year old took the bike down the road after standing for 3 weeks because of a battery issue. 5 minutes in, the front sprocket broke in half - ok, this is a "running repair" issue. I spoke to Big Boy Bloemfontein just after New Years (Jan 2026) to please order 4 items: 1. Front Mudguard - It broke in December 2025 2. New Front Sprocket 3. New Chain (I understand you replace both sprockets and chain if one of the items break) 4. New Back Sprocket It has now been over 3 months, according to Big Boy Bloemfontein (Harvey Road), the spares are just not forthcoming. I am fairly fed up at this point, my 9 year old are disappointed every week when we follow up and there still is NO SPARES! Stay away from Big Boy, terrible investment, no after sales support!

Rain (Internet) Service Provider

I asked Rain (Internet Provider) to cancel my contract months ago. I had to make one more payment through a payment link, which I did within a minute of receiving the payment link. Yet I still receive daily calls and sms from Rain wanting payment. Absolute Useless Service Provider!!!

Toyota Empangeni - Great Service

We have been servicing our company vehicles at Toyota Empangeni for the last 8 to 10 years. We have always received great service from the service advisors for all the services. More recently I purchased a second-hand vehicle from the Western Cape and upon arriving back in Empangeni I noticed the vehicle was in an accident that I did not know about. I took the vehicle to a local body repair shop and the diagnosis was not good, I had to buy several spare parts to get the vehicle to the standard it should be. I contracted and visited the spares department at Toyota Empangeni, they assisted me quickly and without fuss, it was a hefty bill for the spares, but Toyota Empangeni gave me some discount and the spares arrived in 48 hours! Great service from Toyota Empangeni overall, I would certainly recommend the dealership for all your Toyota needs!
