Poor Customer Service and after sales
Brenna Is quick to come out for a job but delayed my job by doing a bit by bit and constantly leaving site with all the materials, he also does not clean up after himself. Brenna did not return to finish, I had to connect all the basins and taps myself, I had to buy new angle valves as he did not bring my materials back. Removed all my copper pipes for s****. Instead of finishing the job to get paid, he did bit by bit and requested money for every bit done My geyser now drips from the valve, without listening and understanding the problem he was adamant that the valve is faulty. Valve was replace, it still leaks and Brenna does not take calls nor return to site. Do not use the services of Brenna construction or Brenna Plumbing He even reviewed himself

Thief and liar
The installer Herman Krause from kraaifontein and he calls himself the Owner as well is clueless and is a thief. The company previously installed a strike lock and sliding gate motor for me which they did and I was satisfied. I then invited them back to automate my garage door. I paid the R3350 upfront and he came out to install the motor to my garage door, after struggling for half the day he made a call and found out the door cannot be automated as it is the old style with the cement weights......this he should of known if he was clued up. I then decided to replace the door with a sectional door, again the guy was clueless on how to install the door, he then had to call someone who works in the industry to come out and assist him. The guy takes money does not complete a job because he does not know how, gives the client the run around while he waits for the other guy to end his working shift so that he can do the actual job. My door was fitted, brackets mounted skew, they didn't install all the hardware that came with the door (door is half pop riveted) the wall bracket only has one bolt in, they couldn't be bothered to fit the other bolt its hanging half way out the hole. After me losing my cool because this guy is giving me the run around he decides to ignore me, won't come back to site as I am giving him too many problems as per him.....but he is the clueless professional. Yet he has been paid in full for the job. At the same time I asked him to check my gate motor and strike lock out, worked for a day then stopped only to find out he blew the power adapter, again clueless as to what he is doing. Everything is done in a rush so that he can run off to other clients or his constant excuse of his kids he must fetch from school. I also ordered a new panel which I paid for and he had to return, now he has no money to refund me, constant lies and excuses. Herman even had to audacity to ask me to borrow him money because he messed up on my job and used another clients money and asked if I can't help him out. I would not use this guy at all, he might be reasonable with pricing but he has no business ethic, completely clueless and a thief. If you value your hard earned money do not support this business.
