Brenna Plumbers is a ****med. Remy the owner takes deposits or work for one day and ask for money, then disappears not completing the job or not answering any of your calls. If he do answer your call he will make promises trying to get more money out of you. He operates with different company profiles and it doesn't belong to his company. He uses professional company profiles as his own. A total ****med. Herewith company names he uses. Brenna Plumbers, BC Construction and Brenna Construction

Unreliable, *********, unprofessional, and unqualified individuals who call themselves plumbers. They start a job but leave it incomplete, despite the fact that they received their money for both parts and labour. And their pricing is by no means cheap. Numerous phone calls and text messages go unanswered. If one is lucky to get them on the phone, they promise that they'll be there to come and fix the problem, but they don't come. Neither do they call to say that they'll be delayed. So much fir professional courtesy. I will be filing two police reports/charges against Brenna Plumbing/Brenna Plumbers/BC Contracting, the names they are currently working under. The first charge will be ******** *****. It's doubtful whether they are professionally qualified or trained plumbers, or whether they are registered business. The second charge I will lodge at the Durbanville Police Station is a civil claim fir services not delivered.

Poor Customer Service and after sales
Brenna Is quick to come out for a job but delayed my job by doing a bit by bit and constantly leaving site with all the materials, he also does not clean up after himself. Brenna did not return to finish, I had to connect all the basins and taps myself, I had to buy new angle valves as he did not bring my materials back. Removed all my copper pipes for s****. Instead of finishing the job to get paid, he did bit by bit and requested money for every bit done My geyser now drips from the valve, without listening and understanding the problem he was adamant that the valve is faulty. Valve was replace, it still leaks and Brenna does not take calls nor return to site. Do not use the services of Brenna construction or Brenna Plumbing He even reviewed himself

What an excellent services from these guys have a bursts geyser give them a call explained to them the water is coming from the ceilling didnt know what to do promised to treat is as emergency within 30minates they were at my premises explained everything to me that the geyser has burst i needs to replace it , they actully go and buy geyser with their money and replace it provide me with proof of purchase and certificate of compliance They saved my day thanks guys
