Have ordered a fridge-freezer 12 days ago. Never delivered!!!!! No tracking number provided, so cannot track your parcel. Customer care non-existent. Not answering emails & gets nowhere with whatsapp helpline!
Steaks overrated. Eaten tough steaks (medium rare) on several occasions. Such a disappointment since steaks suppose to be their speciality. Still go to Hussers, but for their fish dishes that I can highly recommend. Seating terribly uncomfortable. Benches 90 degree angle. Needs pillows for back support. And crank up the aircon or open some windows, it’s stuffy inside.
The worst bank! Terrible! Emails are NEVER answered. Their products have sooo much hidden information. Nothing just simple & clear. Call centre staff very friendly, but cannot give you clear, correct, straight forward information regarding the different accounts & cards. I received contradictory advise regarding the discovery miles. Why can't they just explain their different accounts' pros & cons in a simple straight forward manner on their website, so that it's easy to understand for anyone, at first glance. Will NOT recommend this complicated bank system they've got going to anyone. They make it sound so simple, but be warned, it's not!
Booked & paid for a flat in Stellenbosch, using the Bookings.com app on my phone. Price was advertised as R2170, but R3100 was charged to my credit card & showed on my bookings confirmation. Contacted Bookings immediatly, but no help. I have to prove to THEM, what price was advertised on THEIR website at the time. So beware, always take screenshots before paying!!!
Ordered a pizza & only when the waitress delivers it, does she inform me that they do not have avo! Would have ordered something different had I known. This is the umpteenth time that they do not have avo, yet Woolworths supermarket's does. Their's even "Avofit" locally from which they can order. Dissapointed. Will not see me again anytime soon.
Used to be one of our favourites, for the quick service & delicious food. But new management are stingy. Friday night, one waitress & 2 cheffs. That's it! Waited an hour for our food, but the restaurant was only filled half capacity as according to Covid regulations. A chicken cashew nut dish had exactly 4& a half cashews in. Dry, not as sausy as used to be. Very dissapointing.
Terrible service! No tracking numbers for parcels. Needless to say, I never received my order. Deal hub keep making promises to trace my parcel, but can't even provide me with a tracking number ...
Very happy with Pentravel in Garden Route Mall, George. Antoinette Stapelberg handled our family's travel arrangements for a mediterranean cruise, flights & stay overs in Spain & Italy. Her recommendations were excellent. Because of work commitments, our family members had different flight schedules & stop-overs, but Antoinette put our "travel-puzzle" together seamlessly. It was by far our nicest & relaxing holiday to date. Will definitely book with Antoinette again.
