Cant get my savings

i have a retirement plan and a savings plan for emergency when i need money urgently like now but i cant get it from Sanlam they send me from pillar to post i decided that I want all my money including the one for retirement i am sick and tired

i went to buy a Smart Tv in november at Bradlows Carthcart Road Queens Town Komani, i was promised a cashback of R360 Today it is the 17/12/2025 i haven't received a cent from them , was i taken for a ride? And how many customers that they have done something like to them as well. False advertising

i bought an apartment through Chartwell in 2023, the agreed repayments of R897K including levies and water and electricity R10500 and now i'm paying R13 500 extra R2500 and getting charged for water and electricity on my statement by chartwell and Alphameter. How can you pay same thing twice? When you ask about it they it is shared property payments for for garden, electricity outside your unit. And yet the material used in the unit it of cheap cost because it breaks from time to time i had to fix my own bath tab when it was blocked.No one cares they want money at the end of each the month.

Over promice under deliver

They took my loan application last week the 18/09/25 it was approved payment to be made after 48 business hours, today is the 25/08/25 the loan is pending and not paid to me as promised now i am sitting with an approved debicheck and they are not going to pay that loan. I have asked them to cancel the loan application. I hope and pray that they don't debit my account as i have approved the debicheck before even receiving the money. I don't trust them.

debit my account during the month

I took an insurance cover Monday 08/09/2015 and paid R878 pro rata fee we agreed that they will debit my account last of the month. Instead budget debited my account today for the amount of R119 and i got penalized by my bank for the return of R224.51 How do you resolve this mess. South Africa be alert i want them to pay my account and apology letter. They can help me with a simple thing of getting my car disc. They come with all tricks in the book

Over promise under deliver

I took an insurance with Auto and General last year June when i bought my Toyota Quest,.paying R1200 per month for Comprehensive, i couldn't get in a Sunday being in Limpopo and i run out of petrol they were.off line they couldn't help i still gave them a benefit of the doubt and didn't say anything. Today i was inquiring about my License disc that is about to expire and im far away from my home town jhb soweto currently at Queens Town work related they told me straight that they can't help me with the renewal of my Car Disc and that I can go jump. Sending from one sales consultants to the.next about ten in total. I immediately canceled my insurance and i took one another insurance and paid prorata fee. Im happy so far. Auto.and General they over promise and under deliver. Be on the look out.

I regret going to afrihost so that i can use it as my service provider for my mobile phone. I paid R250 yesterday to top up my account with R150 Data and R100 for Airtime. I have been on the phone since this morning they cant top up my account. You ask to speak to the manager they will tell you that the manager is still on the phone with another customer. I am sick and tired of this game that they are playing

i was renting a bachelor room from Harcourts in Queens Town Komani Up town, i paid R7400 on the 25 June 2025 the next day i had to move out of the room 26/06/2025 the door Jamed i couldn't breath i called the Harcouts office to come and unlock the door so that i can go out of the room that has no air ventilation and that leads to the bad smelly air and the sealing had black moods, it was terrible, i had to book a BnB in queens town which it amounted to R600 per night till yesterday when i moved to to Ezebeleni in the township. Now the boss at harcourts Moira.she is playing a game that idont like she doesn't want to pay me my money R7400 to also pay other things like my bond in Jhb and the Car. All i want is my money.back. No stories they are used to reap people off.

i am not happy with old mutual insurance how they handle my retirement policy, instead of getting interest on your savings of 500 with group scheme and 400 they told me this morning that I have 340 and other money was taken for their administration. Day light roberry I'm taking my money to liberty. Im enough with old mutual

My problem with Auto and General it has been resolved, it is good to be treated with respect and getting an excellent service as well. I manger to get the date of people who will repairing my car. I would like to say Thank you Auto and General to make me feel that i belong and being treated like you are their only customer, you are the best. I will tell friends and family members that they are missing out if they are not insured with Auto and General . you the best.
