I bought a dress from this site, which claims to be based in Cape Town, South Africa. However, when I tried to contact them, it became clear there is no physical store, and the operation is actually based in China. I attempted to cancel the order immediately after realizing this, but my request was denied. The dress arrived three weeks later, and it was nothing like the images on the website — extremely poor quality, cheap material, and completely misrepresented. I returned it right away. Tracking shows it was received over a month ago, yet I’ve received no refund. The email responses I’ve gotten since are vague, repetitive, and appear to be AI-generated or automated. Still no resolution, no refund, and no real customer service. This experience feels misleading at best, and ****-like at worst. I would strongly advise others to avoid this site.
I'd prefer to rate Vodacom a 0 actually!!!!!! Worse than Terrible. Since November 2019 - to date (19 Feb 2020) My contract came up for renewal and I opted for a deal advertised on Black Friday for a business package. So I signed up and I’m still waiting!!! 3 months later, many an email and many an hour wasted on the phone to more excuses and such frustration. I have been a contract customer with Vodacom for over 18 years and I am appalled at the dismal service I have received. Each month there’s a new excuse why it hasn’t been done! Shocking service Vodacom!
