I have recently purchased a plan and plan unit in Junixe Estate in Burgundy Estate. I have been sorely disappointed with the quality of fittings and service. The fittings are really low cost and it is evident cost savings were made at the cost of quality and customer satisfaction. The service by the project team is the worst of all. The team makes the Customer feel under valued and that the problem is not a valid concern. The project team went as far as stating the Customer was overweight and was the reason for the failure of a Fixture.
I wanted to buy a car from Reeds N1 City which I was told I had first priority when I applied for finance. The following day my finance was approved and I was told to come in and sign.... when I arrived that afternoon I was told that the car was sold to someone else under me. The manager was arrogant and non apologetic. This was terrible customer service and they didn’t even bother to assist me to find another vehicle or apologize for the poor internal/customer communication on their part.
