Horrible After Sales Service.
Smeg after sales service is the worst. Dont buy this appliance, you will eventually have to deal with someone when you need assistance and the staff and technicians are condenscending, unhelpful and lie about having called you. Buy Miele or Siemens, there are many other premium brands out there. Save yourself the headache.
