This company is a ****. I have opened a ***** case against them and their business partner Sea blue Livestock. My advise is if you see anything from these 2 companies just run to the opposite direction

worst customer service
After a traumatic experience that resulted in me loosing my watch, now I have to keep following up on when is it getting settled. The claim was approved but for some reason it takes more than a week to send me a settlement voucher and there is no direct line that you can call to make follow-ups. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from an insurance company especially after the claim has been approved.

Just want to thank Sunward Motors especially Jan (sales person) for the excellent service on my purchase of a Toyota Legend 45 some of the things had to be done after sales but it was a quick service and hassle free, will definitely buy again from the dealership.
