I bought a bed from the Sleepmasters at Acornhoek Mall. Not only am I disappointed by the quality of the bed, but I am completely appalled by the lack of response to the email I sent. The mattress wreaks of cigarette smell, you would swear that the bed was stored in a smoking room. My entire room smells of cigarettes as though I am a smoker. I attempted to have the bed exchanged but due to the fact that I collected the bed myself and I moved 100 kms away, I have to return the bed to the actual store and not at the closest branch. The purchasing policy is absurd and my rights as a customer have been infringed. I would not recommend for anyone to buy a bed from Sleepmasters, especially the one at Acornhoek.

I cannot stand the incompetency in which MBD displays. On the 30th of January my bank account was debited for my NSFAS debt. On Monday I received an sms claiming I had not adhered to the agreement that was made. Today, I receive a call from a call centre agent who was busy chewing gum in my ear and mumbling her words claiming that I had insufficient funds therefore making my account fall into arrears. I told the girl that someone within MBD clearly does not know their duties because my statement indicates that NSFAS debited my account. MBD, stop harassing us with nonsense maan. Do your job.
