I had a terrible experience with this institution, I registered with them for the Nimart mentorship training as soon as my registration was approved, I paid them full amount, one week towards the commenced date they canceled the training, I requested for a refund, they promised to pay back in 7 to 10 working days which did not happen, no calls no explanation whatsoever, I had to do a follow up Mandisa Goba first ignored my whatsapp messages, also ignored my emails, lastly after I called her she promised to get back to me in 5 minutes time which she also did not do, 3 hours later I called her she didn't take my call, I had to phone her using my colleague's phone only then she took the call not knowing it was me, told me they have just sorted their banking app, have to wait 10 to 15 days to be refunded, means have to wait for almost 6 weeks altogether for them to refund me, tell me which banking app takes 15 days to process payment as far as m concerned it only 48 hours and there is even immediate payment features. What annoys me most is the mere fact that m the one who should do follow up and they intentionally ignore their clients when doing follow ups, and should they fail this time m taking them to my lawyers, m tired of their pathetic excuse and will let everyone who still consider registering with them what they will be putting themselves into. PERIOD!!!
I have lost hope with Durban electricity, we are paying for electricity, but since the loadshedding we ve recurrently experienced recurring power outage which only affect few houses, today is day 4 without electricity no explanation nothing, yet they promised to resolve the problem within 24hours,the sad part is people who are not paying for electricity have electricity, this problem affects us who are paying for electricity, this is very very sad and heart breaking. For the entire month of May we have been reporting the same problem, we are now in mid June.!
Worst experience ever, when you pay them lumpsum in addition to their recurring installment, the balance goes higher from the balance statement they send you monthly, same problem when you ask for settlement quotation they quote you a huge amount,and when you ask comparing to the monthly statement they send you, they will send you a complete different balance statement!! I hope I don't get to do business with them ever again. I am really not happy. Even when you send an email for a settlement quote be prepared to wait over 48hours for response during business day! I hope I am the only one who has experienced this treatment with them!
Pathetic experience A service consultant sold a car insurance to me in mid month of February, we agreed they will start debit in March because I still need to cancel my current insurance and m already covered for February. In less than 7days I called and told them m not taking the policy anymore because my current insurance has reduced my premium even below their offer so m canceling after trying to convince me I still told them no thanks, on the 14th February they emailed me saying their debit did not go through, I thought may be the call was not enough although they say calls are recorded and can be made available, I emailed them told them to cancel the policy, later on the day they called several times by different people to ask about the debit that did not go through. First of all they pestering me about the debit that was only supposed to be debited in March and they have been trying to debit me in February, secondly they debuting me for cancelled policy, thirdly being called by different people to an extent that I have to ignore my personal life and explain myself over and over again. Fourthly the debit that do not go through and negatively affect my credit score, the count is endless with the way they treat potential clients. It is really sad. And none of them ever apologized of all this inconvenience. I doubt I will consider their product in future, they lack integrity. Thanking you hello peter Ntombenhle
