I was shocked at the service from Volvo in Hatfield, from the small services that used to be a standard at any Volvo dealership like coffee while waiting!! Nothing at this branch no coffee not even cold water. My partner was there to drop my car off for a service and experienced this today. As for the service of the car it’s self time will tell! For what was seen as a high end Brand this branch has no pride in the service they offer and have really adopted a cheeper approached to service . I received the car back maybe it had be wiped down but most definitely not cleaned!! And add to the insult the person that answers the phone is rude as can be. But hey who cares it looks and sounds like this is the CHM standard now. I will be looking for a reputable organisation to do deal with in future !!!
Woolworths Mall@reds has become the worst shopping experience of late. Food store has mostly empty shelves and products that are sold are old and should have been removed from the store. I have been shopping there since its inception but will not go back it’s pathetic.
It was a very smooth and easy experience.
After having a fairly seamless purchase of a car a Volvo Midrand. The nonsense started we are three weeks down the road and I still cannot get the car licence disc out of them. It’s excuses and blaming a third party. Surely it could not take more than a day at max to sort this out. All the praises and top ratings are out the window I retract all ratings that I gave this branch.
After giving Sanlam notice of cancellation of a life policy they still were sneaky enough to steal the last payment from my account. I have contacted their call centre with this complaint and got the usual copy paste brush off treatment these companies give you!!! If you should cancel a policy with this dishonest company please go and make sure you stop that payment at your bank or they will steal you hard earned money..
Never have I been so disappointed in a restaurant! My first and last visit to this establishment. The service was un professional bordering on disgusting. I have never seen an accumulation off so many incompetents in one space ever.
What a lot of **** Iv just tried to place a order for a sixty minute delivery. On checking out and about to pay the give you the option to select a time for the delivery all the time slots start tomorrow where is this so called 60minutes. Full of **** these shops
After some assistance from a professional call centre gentleman he was able to fix my concerns a resolve my clams amicability.
The worst service I have ever experienced. Zero organisation s****s and only empty apologies no follow up or attention to what their service providers are doing.
