I do not even want to give ICAS 1 star, it is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They never respond to emails, their administration is a mess and it is huge frustration to work through them. It took over six months to get a client registered. Now I have been waiting for three month to get a new one registered. How can people work like this? Do they have no pride in what they do???
The worst medical aid "support" I have ever come across. Since May 2022 I have been trying to get approval and payment for treatment. They do not answer emails, it sometimes take up to two weeks to get a response. They also miss emails regularly. Saying "they are very busy". In my business it does not matter how busy you are - then work overtime!
NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO YOU. No matter if you do a web enquiry, send an email or phone! Claims are not paid out? What the fudge?
I have an outstanding query since January 2020, that I am not getting resolved, every time I actually get a reply and ask the final question WHICH COULD HELP ME RESOLVE, no one answers back!!!!!!!!! What else should I do, I have already escalated the matter. Very very very poor service.
I have been leaving online message to this medical aid for several months now. No one ever replies, or phones back. I have a problem with a claim that never paid out and would like it sorted out. Do they even still exist??
After my fist complaint, as consultant phoned me, he asked that I send him everything promising to look at it. I did just that, but he has not even replied to my email. I have tried to send a complaint to their complaints email, but it does not work. I am really desperate to get help but it seems they are not concerned with service delivery.
Query sent on 8 February 2020 - not received anything back yet!
Not getting feedback on a very urgent claim query, about to hand account over for collection, but need confirmation from Sizwe!!!
