MTN refuses to allocate data for the month of May because I paid on 2nd. I paid extra so that the account can be reinstated and data be given for this month. Attached is my proof of payment etc. where I’ve paid more late fees. Essentially I am paying for zero service. Upon phoning MTN customer care and technical support line I was told that because the payment was made on the 2nd I can only receive data for the month of June, Please explain how this is possible if I’ve made payment for the month of May. This is a month to month account and I have paid around this date before and nothing like this has occurred
After speaking to a representative from the call center 2 weeks back i was told that my account is closed and i owe nothing yet im still recieving annoying debt collection sms from attorneys wanting me to pay for a account i owe zero on the phone was returned and account should be closed and erased of my credit record .What is this! this is so annoying and Im now angry
Got a phone on Payjoy but returned it after 2 weeks the contract was supposed to be nullified and im not liable for any further payments according to the contract yet i'm being handed over for collections on a phone ive already returned .According to payjoy policy i owe zero. I've continually paid my account on time for months even before the pay date i missed 1 payment due to my salary being paid in a day late they penalized me with very high interest but i paid it nonetheless. They refuse to give me a higher credit facility due to 1 missed payment yet i have paid thousands consistently over months. Very unfair treatment
Got a phone by Cellucity on a Payjoy contract and the service was great , even got a fast travel charger and sim with data. Thanks for the great service
Got myself MTN uncapped wifi with router at R249 PM after about 4mnths or so they started charging me R269 PM without any notification that the price would be going up until the last minute. They state they have a 100gb fair usage policy but every mnth without fail they start throttling me from the 22 till the 1st of the next mnth so essentially I'm paying more for less service TO THE POINT THAT I CANNOT EVEN GO PROPERLY ON SOCIAL MEDIA BECAUSE THE CUT IT DOWN TO 512 Kbps OR LESS. i'M REALLY DISSAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE! AND SINCE HAVE NOT GOTTEN AMNY FEEDBACK FROM THEM. Thievery at its worst, same like ESKOM paying more for less

Absolutely horrible service by Spur Claremont in Cavendish. Was told no tables so we waited, there were two patrons all ready seated in a booth table in the front area near the entrance. They told the waiter they wanted a smaller seat inside while all of us were outside waiting to b seated! We left.
Channels don't play at all when raining, screen just goes blank. After 6pm the channels start freezing and certain channels are blank. Really bad service when I tried to contact the call center or on whatsapp no response whatsoever. Really frustrating as I spent quite a bit of money installing dish and decoder only for it not to work. Feeling cheated!
