Standard Bank Home Loan is the pits
Standard Bank Home Loan call centre agents, called this morning to enquire only for the person to put the phone aside without talking to me, they made me listen to their conversation for a good 5 minutes until I dropped the call

Payback my refund
Administration is poor, they debited my account mistakenly on 24 April 2022 and I enquired the following day. They acknowledged the mistake and promised to pay me back….. I have since been calling the hotel and they are always promising to pay and call back, till today I have received nothing

Reverse the money that you’ve debited twice
I have retirement annuity with Old Mutual which I took out in 2012 and I was paying it through persal and have never skipped a payment since.In October 2019 I decided to pay that premium through my bank account, I submitted all the documents that they’ve requested at Modimolle branch.The very same October they had debited my account and deducted money from persal, meaning I paid twice. Then I visited Modimolle branch to enquire why I was debited twice,I was told that after 3 months the money will be paid back. Come December I went to enquire again why I was not paid back as promised, I was told to leave and come back in January 2020 as most of the staff had went on leave, January 2020 I was debited twice as well, I went back to follow up today .... and I was told I owed the first two months when I took out the retirement annuity in 2012, why the hell wait for 8 years before I could be told that I am behind with premiums.... can this matter be resolved as I am tired and annoyed of visiting Modimolle branch every now and then as if I work there.i do not have money to throw around like that, can always transfer my retirement annuity elsewhere
