I am extremely upset and disappointed. Yesterday I went to get a car, drove it home, this morning the car won't start. I call the consultant who assisted me she tells me she knew yesterday when I got the car that the battery does not not and I should get someone to jumpstart me so I can drive to them and have them test the battery. What utter nonsense is that? I have contacted their Car Care and they are telling me to bring the car, How? I guess since they aren't able to get someone to bring the battery, they will be able to come fetch it when the debit order bounces because I won't be paying for it
The most shameful company I’ve had to deal with. I’m b ing debited still even though my account has been fully paid. Disgusting.
I am so dissapointed with this network, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I received my sim card on Tuesday, it was only activated yesterday after so many calls with their clueless call center people. When I tried to connect it requested a puk number to which I spent over 100 rands airtime calling them yesterday and being told that my sim is active and they don't have a puk number. I mean I have to attend online classes and I can't even do that. Your service is so dissapointing
My car went into the panelbeaters on the 19th December 2019 to be fixed as my door handle was not working as it was broken into, My claim was approved on the 8th of Jan. I only received my car last week Tuesday, I have been given the run around by the panelbeaters and the insurer. I am extremely dissapointed with this insurance company and will be moving because as i am typing this my car is worse than before it went into the panelbeaters, they fixed the door and managed to mess with my gears and opened up where my airbag is supposed to be, i dont even know if the airbag is there or not. I emailed the panelbeaters and the insurer, the insurer has not responded to my email. I don't understand how they approve such panelbeaters who cannot even do a proper job because now i am left wondering what else is wrong with my car.
My car was towed to Renew-it Bedfordview on the 19th December 2019, the insurer approved the on the 8th of Jan, mind you the only thing broken was my door handle as they broke into it but still even now my car has not been fixed instead they have been making me run from pillar to post, one time i had to take leave from work to just check if my car was there as no one was picking my calls when i called not even the consultant who was assigned to me. They have zero customer service, instead i have been receiving a message from the tracker company that my battery was disconnected for what i have no clue. I would never ever use their services or even recommend anyone to take their car there. I have been unable to travel to clients as i should because i dont have my car, next week it be two months without my car, i literally had to send a threatening email for them to move on my car only then did they start updating me on the status of my car. Up until now i am still carless.
