Disgusting service from the stuff. Shows that the stuff is not trained properly if they need to be told by another person what they need to do. Here's the story, went in to get a wheel alignment and tyre balancing as the car was vibrating when I would reach 90+ km/h, after they did the balancing and alignment, the issue didn't go away, went back to them to check once again, they said balancing was done fine but the problem is that the car was missing *****ets hence the vibration, was asked to go to hi-q for those. Got the *****ets done but the vibration didn't go away, now I thought maybe the issue is not with the wheel balancing, rather the suspension, took the car for suspension checks, and the guys assured me that the suspension is fine but the problem is with my one wheel that requires a lot of weights (they said the issue might be a buckled mag). Took this diagnosis from the suspension guys back to tyre mart as they have a service to fix mags, after I told them that, now they also told me the same thing and was told that I need to pay R950 for the mag to be fixed, fine. Mag goes for fixing, I use my spare wheel, the vibration goes away, I can now reach speeds of 120km/h without having any kind of vibrations. I go back on Friday to fit the mag that was supposedly fixed, and guess what, vibrations are back and there is no difference from before and after the mag is fixed. Such an appalling service I experienced, having to do this back and forth for 0 results. Funny how I took the car to them 2 times and they still didn't see an issue
My brother was checked in at the hospital at 11 am on Saturday, 30th March 2024. He had come in with 2 of his fingers badly injured. He was taking to the x-ray and was told that one of his fingers had a broken bone. The only thing that was done to him since Saturday and Today, Tuesday 02 April 2024, is been given pain medication and antibiotics. He hasn't been attended too by any doctor. He's wound has been bleeding since the day he came in, he even has to ask the nurses himself to have the bandage to be changed because it's wet from the blood. His skin on his fingers now even has discoloration. The Dr that was supposed to attend to him, Dr Ntombela, said to him that he had no clue that he was in the hospital, but even after he told him that, nothing was done to him. Yesterday, Monday, 01 April 2024. He was promised that he will be attended to by another Dr who was busy at Robinson's Hospital, not too far away from Lenmed Randfontein, guess what, that Dr also didn't attend to him. This is negligence to the highest level

I had to pay twice for my internet this month... Payment bounced on the 1st because I had switched off online payments... I then did a manual payment on the same day, but the system had written that I am in arrears for 699, assumed it was a glitch so I paid, the following day on Sunday, my services were cut because apparently I didn't pay... I had to pay again because their support desk is so unreliable and since I work from home I need internet. This was escalated on the same Sunday, 2nd of August and their consulant came back to me saying that they need the bank statements... Sent the back statements and the consultant came back to me saying that I need to speak with my bank because she can only see 1 payment.. How can i speak with my bank when the payments show that they went through to rain. I haven't received any feedback, today marks the 13th day with this is still pending.
I bought a couch from these guys and 2 months down the line, it started giving problems, I contacted them and they sent the supplier to come check it, the supplier confirmed that there was something wrong and they will come fetch it (the cushions are not filled properly, and the corner couch is making a cracking sound when you sit on it), after that, these guys have gone quiet. I have sent numerous emails with no help whatsoever.
