Completely useless customer service
A simple complaint about milk bottles standing milk is still unresolved after many months. Woolworths had wasted a lot of my time in giving me the run around. Maybe management should focus on customer service instead of giving their choclate supplier (as in Chuckles) a hard time.

Keep away from this insurer
As I saw a brochure about KaeloGap at Dis-Chem, I wanted to know what the cost of their Gap cover was. After a number of emails and a phone call I still don't know. I found their staff to be arrogant, incompetant, rude and unhelpful.

Extremely customer UNfriendly
I have problem viewing my account so I send an email to [email protected] I get back: The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept new messages at this stage. How absolutely pathetic. They obviously couldn't be bothered.

Very poor service
My first visit was this morning. The coffee was good. The service was dreadful. Only counter service is available where there was a long queue caused by lack of staff and the order-taker spent a very long time with each customer, writing things on the paper cup to be filled. Seating space is limited and cramped.

They wont accept email communications from now on - beware !
Discovery Health will no longer accept queries or communications by email. Only by phone or Whats App. Their phone service is very tredious and long winded, and using WA is unprofessional. So if they don't respond to emails, then there is no record of the communication for the customer to have. What a customer unfriendly company.

No customer service or signage.
Completely customer-unfriendly. No signage or instructions, and no reception. I am an old man and expected to be told where to sit asare there were a number of places where one could sit. I had an appointment, but there was absolutely no one who I could tell this to. Very disappointed

Not showing tonight's Stormers match
They will not be showing tonight's (Fri 5 Dec) Stormers rugby match which takes place at 10pm. If this is due to the new owner, then I will be cancelling my subscription
