What a disorganized place! No help in gardening equipment department. Waited 20 minutes for someone who was paged but they never materialized. Only 2 tellers and a very long queue
Unacceptable delays with repairs for a Smeg dishwasher in Cape Town. They contract out so took 3 days for tech to come with cash callout fee R600. Out of warranty and they said needs parts they must order and you must pay upfront. 5 days later they say no spares in South Africa and must order from Italy with a 2-3 week delivery. It just sounds like they are really disorganized. Wouldn’t recommend buying Smeg with this kind of service
Have been trying for 10 days to get through to Eskom accounts. I have sent an email and texted as per their advice. How do I speak to someone? Please? It has taken 18 months to arrange a refund on the account for my previous property I have sent everything they asked and finally proof of my bank account. Now I have received my account by email with the refund marked as “unclaimed monies”. I really don’t know what else I can do.....
Ordered 3xkitchen stools and they are fabulous. Prompt delivery and response to query.
Very disappointing. Ordered a Xmas gift. Checked twice to make sure it would arrive in time. Both times they promised me. On 23rd December I called again and they said it was with the courier and would be delivered 24th, today. Nobody answering their numbers today so sent email. Just got response saying sorry but can only be delivered 30th December!! So upset as this is a Xmas gift. Will never buy online from them again.
