THEY offered to home deliver. This was done on a regular basis! (We take care of my 84 yr old mom). Our vehicle was at the mechanic for a week. Abruptly, without forewarning UBUNTU GAS stopped home deliveries! They referred us to another distribution company. It took this company ONE WEEK to get back to me! I had to use a wheel chair to exchange them at the local gas supplier! When I tried to exchange them with the local gas shop, they refused! They dont take UBUNTU GAS gas bottles. I contacted Ubuntu. I asked them to replace the bottles with bottles accepted by the local supplier!! TO THIS DAY, they have not contacted me and solved the problem!!!
Frightening experience! Avoid at all costs. They are 'un -contactable' and therefore completely unreliable!! Avoid, avoid!!!

I booked returns flights from CT to EL and back. I received confirmation on my app (took a screen shot) to leave 9 and return 13 May. Yesterday, when I wanted to check in online, the portal was busy with the '10% SALE' and impossible to check in!! This morning I saw that in the BOOKING RECEIPT EMAIL, it said BALANCE OUTSTANDING...even though I used my credit card with enough money in!!... WHY HAVE A CONFIRMATION ON MY APP?....why is their portal not ALWAYS available. Since 7:50 I tried the WA number to chat to a consultant....I am still waiting...
Bad, scare experience. We took a BOLT in East London. The driver was rude. He refused to allow us to open a window. He refused to switch off his radio upon request. He drove over the speedlimit. Then, when we wanted to tell him how unhappy we were, he gave us a middle finger and drove off. BOLT head office has been very unhelpful!
I am trying to contact mweb regarding my account. I eventually got hold of mweb billing at: 0877002121. I waited to speak to an agent for 11 minutes, then was cut off. I tried phoning this number again for a few times. Nobody is answering this number anymore!!
I complained to hellopeter about Capitec's bad service four days ago. They responded by promising to call me in 24 hours! I AM STILL WAITING.....
Absolutely pathetic service!! My 82 yr old mother must now go into the bank to sort out a 'glitch' that THEY caused by not paying the interest on her fixed term investment into her designated account!!! REALLY? An 82 yr old wheel chair bond lady!!!!!!!? My advice: AVOID CAPITEC!!!
It started well: good service, price and vehicle. BUT, on receipt of the invoice, things fell apart!! I was charged for refilling the petrol tank EVEN THOUGH I delivered the vehicle with a full tank!!
