They are ****mers DO NOT VISIT THIS SITE. I got my item but it turned out to be a damaged second hand item which I waited 3 weeks for, they then made me wait another week before processing only half of my refund and I just took footage and screenshots of our conversation where they clearly promised me a full refund along with the amount I was owed, yet still bull**** us and only sent half. I was fuming and asked them where the rest is, they continued to send me automated text saying there's nothing they can do. PLEASE BEWARE ITS INDIAN ****MERS.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Today we received rotten chicken, raw and expired. We sent in about 30 enquiries at this point and still no one has assisted us. The person who runs this Facebook page blatantly ignored all our texts even with imagrsy to prove the quality of our food that we could not eat and ended up throwing away. Mr D is extremely cheap with 0 customer care service satisfaction. So they will NOT refund your money. As long as they get your money they're happy and that's it. The only time I got responses is when their team sent me thee exact same automated messages asking for the same details I've just sent them before. This is probably the worst app to resort to. Do not even try it as a last resort, because whatever goes wrong, your money goes with it. Pathetic and sick service.
My entire order is wet and soggy, even leaking with the wrong cold drink! Both pizzas actually had soda coming out of them! Uber Eats excuse was that this happens and there's nothing they can do about it!? I would show you guys the pictures of my order but it doesn't allow me to upload images on this review! It's sick and Uber Eats gets away with it! They should be sued for treating literally millions of customers this way! Don't use this app! They don't care for you or your service!
I would give them 0 stars if it were possible. I ordered something today that my family received wet and soggy. Nothing was edible, the burgers were soaked and the chips were to. The cold drink were more than half empty. I spent over R260 for this meal to surprise my family with and when I sent in a query I was responded to and then ignored for 6 hours until I sent in a few more queries, I finally got a response which was 6 hours later and they then told me they've got "world class service" and that a refund is not how they "do things". which was the most pathetic and sickening response I'ce ever received from any kind of service. Note that I did send them a picture immediately when we received the order, of everything being wet and soaked. Their way of repaying me, was a free delivery for my next order. Disgusting!
