Pathetic service with freezing waiting rooms. The waiting period is ridiculous. It's like a person has to die before they can be attended to. You come here sick and by the time you get to see the doctor you're worse. You'd swear this is a free service and they're doing you a favor. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone that is not ready to die.
The service sucks. They debited my account with an installation fee and yet there was no installation. I called them and they said they were going to reverse the debit. The next thing they send me an email saying they will offset it on from my future billings. Who are they to tell me about my future when people are dying everyday? Are they God??? How do they know my future? Why didn't they think of taking the money in the future since they are so much in the future??? What gives them the right to decide who I pay when ??? I want my refund now!
FNB has frozen my account because they suspect someone used my account number with their name for their salary to be paid into my account. This could be a person's finger error because I don't understand why a person would want their salary to be paid into someone else's account. That person has not put or taken money out of my account but I I am being frustrated with the inconvenience because FNB doesn't care. I am highly inconvenienced by this sick act and they don't even communicate with me. I found out when I wanted to transact and when I call and email to follow up there's no response whatsoever. This is my last FNB review as they have been nothing but a pain throughout my business with them. I am forced to closed all my accounts and move to another bank because of the sick incompetence of FNB. I can never wish anyone to go through this FNB hell.
FNB, do you need the hawks to come and investigate your system glitch/internal fraud? This query is from July 2019 for crying out loud! Please put my money back in my account! Period.
Money is not safe. It disappears in the account and FNB cannot explain nor refund the money. You give them your money at your own risk.
I have spoken to more than 10 people from FNB and my query is still not resolved since July 2019.
I have a query pending since July 2019. They always keep queries pending until you give up. I refuse to give up on this one.
I was blacklisted with a fraudulent account that I didn't open. Edgars wrote to them requesting they clear my profile as that was a fraudulent account and now they don't apply the same speed they applied when blacklisting and yet they know they are inconveniencing me. The inconsistency is very frustrating and annoying.
FNB is just not into query resolution. I have a query pending since April and it's December now. This is a trend. They leave queries pending until you give up or forget about your missing money.
