Took out a loan with Sanlam DirectAxis withcredit protection. Unfortunately due to Covid I was retrenched and DirectAxis is not wanting to honor the credit protection policy. They ask for emails to be sent and the auto reply states you receive the details of the person who will be investigating your complaint within the next 24 hours. Well I have sent through THREE emails ((to [email protected]) with documentation to get the same reply (from [email protected]) for NO ONE to contact me and NO details to be provided. They state their is a process to follow with regards to complaining and we need to adhere to the policy, yet they ask Norman Bisset Attorneys to collect the money with threatening phone calls despite the claims process NOT EVEN BEING FINALISED. Norman Bisset tell you they will be billing me for every phone call. You answer their calls only to hear background talking and the phone been put down. Nearly all their calls only ring and then get put down. When you answer they still put down, its a money making scam to bill R25 per phone call that does not actually happen. Sanlam DirectAxis is a scam and a joke. They never give you any reference number
<div>Dumi from DMS Flooring has been promising to come and fix the poor workmanship since the 5th December. We have tried to contact him 38 times on his cellular phone, he just Red Buttons or doesnt answer. Sent 17 WhatsApp messages, he has replied to 5 stating he will come and fix and then doesnt bother to pitch. DO NOT USE DMS Flooring. The good review they received is from themselves, dont be fooled.</div>
