I will post this review perhaps 1000 times as long as i still look at my fridge and be reminded of how you treated me like a piece of **** in February or 2020 DAMAGED NOT ONLY MY FRIDGE BUT MY BED TOO. NOW ITS A FAVOR TO GET IT FIXED. SENT THEM PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER THE DAMAGED. I FIND IT HARD TO UNDERSTAND THE PART THAT ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT THEY ARE NOT THE ONE WHO WRAPPED MY STAFF, WHO ELSE MAYB? I MEAN I PAID THEM NOT ANYONE ELSE. THE QUOTE I HAVE IS FROM THEM AND THEY ARE THE ONES WHOM I GAVE THE ADDRESSES. THEY CAN REST ASSURED, I WILL FIGHT THEM TO THE END. THEY CAN KEEP THE FRIDGE AS LONG AS THEY WANT.
Now we find each other on this platform and I really want to see if you are just going to ignore this one too. 1. I have an FNB account (credit Card) which has been on arrears for the past year or more due to unemployment and personal circumstances that hindered my ability to enter the job market for about 19 moths. 2. My account has been handed over to Anthony Richards & Associates and I have been receiving letters of Demand. It is stated In their letters is it stated that I can sent them a WhatsApp message to communicate with them 0637480695. 3. Finally on the 20th months of unemployment I do secure employment and first thing was to send them a WhatsApp message to see what options I have to start repayments, never got a reply on the 1st and I sent a second one recently and again no reply. 4. Finally called their office. First thing was to find out if there is anything wrong with their WhatsApp, only to be told the only way to communicate with them is via email. Then when I questioned the lady about why would their letter state that I can contact them via WhatsApp, her tone changed and she started talking over me and when asked her to let me finish, hell broke lose as she became aggressive and rude, I asked if I can speak to a different person all I could hear was "hello you are now speaking to a different person" then I said sorry can't continue and ended the call. 5. I called FNB and I was advised to call them again and ask to speak to the manager. I called, the same lady again, she told me the manager is not available, I then left my number and asked her to ask the manager to call me. Day 3 today the manager hasn't called. 6. Sent an email to them about what I have experienced, and till today no response has been provided on that email. But guess what? I did receive 2 more letters of Demand (if not mistaken) from the same email address I sent my email to and tonight for the first time I got an SMS too asking me to call them to make payment arrangements or WHATS-APP them. I responded to one of the emails (second email now am sending about my experience) till now no response. How on earth are you going to assist me in this situation am in if you behaving like this? The person I spoke to on the phone was so unprofessional and rude and I thought it could just be a matter of a rotten potato in a bag but now I am starting to worry about the entire bag (that is the firm itself). I don't care what you think of people, particularly black individuals who are in the deep end of financial situation but I (we) still deserve to be treated with respect and our dignity left intact without being made to feel like a piece of ****.**
Dear Vodacom, I had an account (24 months contract) that lapse in July 2020. I have been told that I am now on a month to month "contract" which I was not aware of and now I am told that I still owe vodacom and I cannot cancel the account. I have been given the outstanding amount which includes an amount from my current data contract and to my surprise I am being told that these are being treated as one contract, or maybe I should say 'account'. Please explain this to me. As I will be still trying to find money to say I owe you, may I request that you suspend all the services so that the amount does not go up. I am no longer using the sim card together with the services you are charging me and I think it is unfair that you give me services even beyond the 24 months which I paid for and claim that I owe you. Should you be unable to suspend the month to month thing, definitely I will not be able to pay as I no longer need your services and my 24 month contract has lapsed. My I.D is 8705216075081. Where is this month to month story explained because I could not find it on the papers I signed? I await your response in this regard.
As discussed, your items were transported on a 34 ton shared load, and your items were wrapped with blankets, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the blankets will be sufficient to protect all the items from extensive damage. As per point 6 of our terms and conditions, only goods professionally packed and wrapped by Pro Active Trucking and Movers (PTY) LTD will be insured (please see attached). Considering your items were not wrapped by us and did not suffer total loss, we are doing you the favour of refurbishing it at no extra cost with the excess from the insurance company.
