Service absolutely disgusting. My account with Nedbank was handed over to them however they have not sent any correspondence for two years now I have cancelled their debit order and arranged with Nedbank. Since the month of March they have been calling me and I keep telling them the same thing and the agents are extremely rude. They refuse to listen whilst they have incorrect information. These people do not update their systems they don’t update what the customer tells them and they phone non-stop and still have to explain the same thing over and over again. I’m very disappointed angry and frustrated at the same time as they are very unprofessional especially the agent that called me last Clementia who decided to drop the colony just because I was rectifying what she recorded as incorrect when I told her.
I applied to take my covid-19 vaccination at Discovery Park Square in Umhlanga. When my appointment date came I had no one to look after my son so I went with him. We were welcomed with smiles and I was asked if I had anyone to look after him whilst I was assisted. I said no and the staff told me not to worry they will look after him. I continued with the process and each way I met pleasant, professional with confidence person to help me. When I told the nurse how I'm scared of needles, she made sure I was comfortable and worry free. #win for Discovery staff for taking me on journey of learning and understanding why we vaccinate.
On the 13th February 2021, I visited the capitec bank branch in Gateway mall. Firstly one employee greeted me and took my temperatures. She then showed me where to wait. Inside the branch it was sparkling clean and the service was extremely fast. I was assisted by a wonderful consultant that answered all my questions and even at the end asked if I understood everything. This was the first time I felt valued in a bank. This consultant took no longer than 5 minutes to help me even assisting me with the banking app.
These people are rude when calling but expect you to co operate. I spoke to 4 different people who kept calling me telling me I owe vodacom. When I enquired about this i dont get straight answers. I requested for documentation like invoices or statements from vodacom it took a while for them to email me. Today 20/11/2019 a Godfrey Mampo called me, I told this guy I was in class but he went on and on that I must the money. I tried calming down and asked him what the money is for then he tells me I was suppose to continue paying for my contract regardless I settled it before time. These people should be closed down as they don't know how to treat people and they are disrespectful.
