I had the pleasure of being assited by a lady called Dumazile Nhlapo in the FNB bank city branch. It was honestly such a pleasure to interact with her. It is very rare too meet customer facing representatives who are patient, friendly and helpful as her. She has made my onboarding experience with FNB the best. Thank you so much for being Duma.
I have just purchased a grande cappaccino at the fnb bank city seattle coffee and honestly had such an unpleasant experience. The subpar drink is basically just milk and just plain untasty. I mean I know what a cappuccino is supposed tp taste like and this is definitely not it. Also I get your employees want to leave at 5pm on the dot but there is no need to make a paying client feel rushed!! I am so disappointed.
I have never experienced such disgusting behaviour before from a call center agent. I received a call from NALEDI SOMDAKA/SOMGAGA . She is so rude I can't believe. Firstly I want to know why am I being called when I didn't ask for a call back . Please remove my contact details from your data base.
Honestly dissapointed and annoyed by the service I have been getting from Foschini. Firstly I have been getting a ridiculous amount of "courtesy" calls from your rude agents even when I specifically have advised you that I do not have an account with Foschini and exact. Secondly some of your agent are honestly clueless in regards to the jobs, they need more training in customer services particularly one of your rude agents NATASHA GORDON. She is such a disgustingly rude agent that I have even complained about her to one of your team leaders ,but alas no one has gotten back to me. Thirdly I am still waiting for the complaint I have sent against this agent from your team leaders. Honestly This is really dissapointing , I can't believe how incompetent some of your employees are. PLEASE REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR MARKETING LIST FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!
Dining or eating out in Johannesburg cbd is really a mission at it's best. You can never guarantee what type of service you will get as 50% of the time you will get a Luke warm customer service. I was pleasantly suprised with the great service I received at 101 Fraser by Fnb bank city. The employees really know How to treat a customer and go above and beyond , I say this because I was recently out with a few friends at this establishment and we were struggling to find a table as the place was packed. However as soon as one of their employees (who I sadly forgot their name) saw that we were looking for a table, managed to secure us a table and get us chairs from the storage. It might seem insignificant to other but honestly, where can you find such a service in Johannesburg cbd? I highly recommend 101 Fraser Street for it's good service and flavourful food. #SupportLocal
I'm honestly very dissapointed. I was incorrectly billed and had requested a refund. I initially spoke with Nomsa and Kegomoditswe on the live chat thingy showmax has and they had stated that my refund had been processed and I will receive it within 14 business day. It's past 14 business days and I am still waiting for my refund! This is really a disgusting way of running a business!! Why are setting an expectation that you as a company can not meet? I'm honestly dissapointed. Please refund my money!!
I'm completely disgusted and disturbed by the customer service agent treatment at FNB bank city at Johannesburg cbd. I informed one of those agents at entrance Of Bank city bank that I wanted to make a direct deposit into a certain companies account and the agent forced me to use their ATM's. I informed that agent that I am making a deposit of a huge sum of amount and he had the audacity to dismiss me and say that FNB ONLY deposits at the ATMs. What utter rubbish is that really? I could have been robbed standing in queue at those ATMs and all that agent had in his mind was that he wanted to knock off. I was at their door at 4:40 pm. I'm completely dissapointed by this type of misinformation and I advice you to teach your agents on How To treat consumers. I mean surely all your agent are compliment and they should know that misinforming a customer is wrong. I am really mad at the risk your agent put me in.
