So our experience at ocean basket trade route mall utterly disappointing. The waitress had an attitude, so did the chefs preparing the meal. Both my children had an upset stomach after eating the food which served. I have never been so disappointed with a restaurant before, it is not fair to serve food that causes upset stomachs after eating. My son was already feeling nauseous while eating , he didn't even finish his meal, saying he was feeling uncomfortable, he even said the fish seemed old. There was only supposed to be a drizzle of butter sauce on the food , the food was literally soaked in the butter sauce. It is almost 10 o clock now and I can't even get medicine,as the pharmacies are all closed now,for them to feel better. My daughter didn't finish her food , brought the leftovers home . I don't think we will be visiting ocean basket again in a hurry. I am very unhappy about this.

Service was pathetic and the food they service was disgusting
I purchased a UPS last week, I received the goods damaged. Had the goods returned the next day. I have had to contact them 5 times without any proper assistance. Each time I am told that the product return was declined when the sent it to me in a terrible state, now I must sing a song for my return to be processed. Take alot knows how to take money from clients bit don't know how to refund when they send damaged goods and services to the client. I am utterly disturbed by this. I hope it gets sorted with immediate effect. Unhappy client Aadam
I have made a claim with budget insurance as I have wheel and Tyre insurance with them. I have sent all the required information to them a week ago and till this date I have received no response from them,nit even an email to say they received my information. This is totally unacceptable. I have indicated that all correspondence will be done via email,as everytime one makes a call you are placed on hold and the airtime runs out. Doing business with mrp mobile is rather sad and totally disappointing. They stopped debiting my account and I kept trying to enquire the reason for this. I later requested banking details from them which I eventually received with a final notice with an over due amount and an outstanding amount which was equivalent to 10 payments which I made every month thereafter. They now claim I owe them another 5 payments. Also they continuously debit my account after I told them I will make an eft payment monthly. Now I have been handed over to lawyers where they are claiming more money from me. This is ridiculous and I have tried so many times to get them to remedy this problem. With no joy till this date. I would like to inform everyone of the bad experience I have had with budget insurance... They emailed me to inform me of an increase to my premium of which I was unsatisfied and I clearly indicated to them. Next thing they debit my banking account twice with the old amount and the new amount. I called them to request that it be rectified. This morning I get an sms indicating that they have debited my account for 4 times the increased amount. I sent a email for them to know of their incompetent actions. It is with sad regret that I am placing this negative review for mrpmobile. I have had endless issues with them. I have been making regular payments towards my account via eft. This company made a mess of the debit order I had in place. They repeatedly debit my account now with 4 payments which I did not budget for They don't reconcile the payments made and keep billing me over and above the outstanding balance. I am very disappointed with them I will never do business with them again. Mrs N Husain
I keep on purchasing products from Unilever... I find their product standard have dropped. I have emailed them to complain about the shampoo and cond I had purchased from pick N pay, they responded saying I will receive feedback within 5 days, a month has passed already. I am disappointed in their customer service. I have also purchased perfumes and it has no fragrance, this has been happening for years. I am now fed up with the them. I would really like them to fix all of this as eff as possible. I have indi to them to make contact with me via email. This needs attention urgently Thank you Mrs N Husain
