I would like to personally thank the lady assisting me this morning. As laymen we don't have a great understanding of the insurance bussiness, but when assisted by professional staff and helpful, friendly personnel, it makes it easier to come back with more bussiness. Thank you young lady, you are a super star.
What's the use of buying a smart tv. Aim. It can't update the software. We should all get our money back. Are we as consumers not protected. Useless product.

I wish there were a way to give no stars. I have contacted standard bank insurance for 4 days now to replace a geyser. Every single call I have made has resulted in a call on hold. The last one was 35 minutes and still they dont come back to the call. When it comes to taking your money they are very fast, but with a claim it seems they are pathetic, as well as try to pay out a few rand instead of resolving the matter. Especially when they see that it is a difficult or expensive job. I am going to keep on making a review of their service to see how long it takes for them to respond to bad service.

No answer at the landline provided for this business. 041 3961111. have been trying on a daily basis since last week with no one answering this number. Can a company this big afford to treat customers like this. How must we get hold of these managers. I sent a message on e-mail to their customer services last week, and got a mail back with a reference number and a promice of a return call. IT NEVER HAPPENED> NO RETURN CALL. Well don guys.
